To be honest my career plan has changed so much these past few years, starting with wanting to be a radiographer, to a primary school teacher and now I am simply doing what makes me happy. I like reading and writing, probably not as much as I am supposed to, but I am passionate about getting others to read.
-Who is your favourite author? Well, I don't read as much so I'd have to say Cecelia Ahern. Her books portray loss, love and hope. They are an interesting read. I also like children's books, the Harry Potter series, Twilight Saga, Vampire Academy, Narnia... I'm not a very serious reader. Kids books are the best!
-Does anybody inspire you? My sister has been a huge part of my life, she is constantly looking to better herself, she has had some hard times yet put a front on and is always optimistic. I am also inspired by J.K Rowling, having been a single mother and having her work turned away several times. Got to love her determination!
-Where do you see yourself in five years time? Well what I'm hoping for is to be in the writing industry, either publishing or writing. If not I just hope I am happy in what I am doing. I also hope to have my own house, renting or having bought one. And to keep the amazing friends that I have in this moment in time.
-Favourite Music? It has to be Pixie Lott and Ellie Goulding. I find their music inspirational and relaxing. However I do also enjoy some R 'n' B, pop, dance and even chav music. I like a bit of everything really.
-Favourite Food? Chocolate... Hi I'm Nici, I'm a chocoholic!
-Favourite type of film? Rom-coms for the most part. My favourite films include; Moulin Rouge, Grease, Tangled, Shutter Island, Toy Story 3, Harry Potter, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and lots more that I can't think of at this moment in time.
-Favourite quote? 'Aim high' - I have this tattooed onto the back of my neck.
